Reading the Room
Every performance begins by reading the crowd — understanding the mood of the room and choosing the right songs to connect with people straight away. From the first few minutes the entertainer is watching how the audience responds, building rapport and creating an atmosphere where people feel comfortable getting involved.

Our prices start from £1990 for the Party Piano Band, which covers our standard performance format of three 45-minute live sets.
Every PianoFactor booking includes everything needed for the performance, so there’s nothing extra for you to organise.
We provide the piano entertainer and musicians, baby grand piano, professional sound system and lighting, music for the breaks, request slips and pens, full setup and breakdown, and the live performance itself as standard. The show is fully self-contained and designed to slot straight into your event without unnecessary complexity.
Travel expenses are not included.
Special requirements costs such as extended performance time, unusual logistics or access involving stairs are not included.
Overnight accommodation for long-distance events is an additional cost.

PianoFactor Party Band setups are compact and designed to work in a wide range of venues.
For the Party Piano Band, a clear area of approximately 3.5m x 2.5m is typically sufficient. This allows us to work comfortably while keeping the setup contained and unobtrusive within the room.
Every setup is carefully planned to ensure excellent sound, a clean professional look, and safe, tidy cabling with minimal impact on guest movement. If your venue has limited space or an unusual layout, we’re always happy to advise in advance so everything runs smoothly on the day.
Availability varies depending on the time of year, location and event type, but popular dates — particularly weekends and peak seasons — tend to book up well in advance.
